Gallery with Qnap - slow and photos display issues

Hello,

I just find Gallery and ... very interesting.

My environment:
Qnap TS-412
Gallery - 3.0.2

But I'm having 2 problems:

Upload photos
Very slow, but very very slow. I have use also the option ADD SERVER but still very slow.
memory is fixed to 64M
Any tips on this?

photo display
when accessing Gallery with 10.10.10.... all photos and videos display correctly
when accessing Gallery with xxx.xxxx.com the photos don's display but the videos are OK
Any tip on this?
