Theme dispatcher needs configuration. Configure it now! Mod was uninstalled and deleted along with the entry in the database module table but it refuses to budge - annoying at the top of the panel every time I log in. Also the same with the register module. Where else are these notifications stored?

Got it .... stored in the database under 'messages'.
