Album Expiration Module?

Does anyone know if there is a module or way to have a picture or album expire after a set time, like 30 days, then delete the picture or album? I'm new to Gallery 3.0.2 and I have searched the forum with only one other post for Gallery 2, which did not have anything anyway. Thanks for your help. |

A tool would have to be created to do this. It could easily get a little involved.
If you're looking for a starting point, you could look at the process that creates the item/album and just try to reverse it (but don't reset any counters or IDs in the database).
Also consider that you'd need some sort of "Oops" mechanism to stop the process before it starts, maybe even an email notification to alert the Gallery admin that the item(s) will be delete in 24/48 hours.
A bit out of my field, but, if you get it started, the community may assist if others are interested in the feature.
