"View comments" link without logging in

how can I enable the "view comments" link for everyone to see at the main page ? does not seem to be covered in FAQ, and the search forums didn't return anything...

Give us your Gallery/webserver information to get a faster answer.
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).

If you search for "view_comments" (don't forget the underscore), you get lots of relevant links, like this one: http://gallery.menalto.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=7528&highlight=viewcomments

Thx, i tried the instructions, and they actually worked! with no php knowledge whatsoever! kewl!

quick follow-up (i added it in the other thread first, please answer there): did anyone figure out how to show the "view_comments" link only if there are some comments? http://gallery.menalto.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=7528
