Slowness due to sizing

Hi

Have been complaining about slowness for a long time. In fact, most of them are not loading at first try, only the name of the image shows up The image itself starts loading only after I do refresh to the screen.

Recently I did something stupid - cancelled resizing and walla! images are loading fast enough. This made me conclude that problem is not with powweb as some suggested but with my gallery. I asked for powweb support and here is what Delma Carl from tech support told me in the chat.

Delma Karl: Issue is with your scripts.
Delma Karl: Cannot use a scalar value as an array
Delma Karl: Problem executing binary:File does not exist
Delma Karl: File is missing.
Delma Karl: You need to check from your end.

I don't understand much in it nor do I know what it means but have to solve the problem. your advice will be much appreciated.
