Thumbnail size not standardized despite settings

I am having an issue with my thumbnails not being of consistent size despite all settings being the same across all albums. Thumbnail rebuild does not fix the problem, and there seems to be a correlation between the size of the crop window and the the final thumbnail display size, but not consistently. Is there somewhere in the theme or module files that I can specify the size of thumbnails? I have never had this issue before and this is my fourth Gallery site built. |

I am having a very similar issue. At first only the thumbnails on new albums weren't building correctly. When I tried to rebuild the new album thumbnails and subsequently all album thumbnails to the same size, they all failed. Now I have no thumbnails for any of my albums
