Hello everybody!

we have published a Gallery 3 client for iPhone.

viGallery allows you to manage your photos and albums straight from your iPhone.

Take a look on viGallery - App Store and viGallery – Infos and Support

Features:

- manage multiple gallery installations
- upload photos from camera and device
- edit photo titles and descriptions
- edit album titles and descriptions
- delete photos and albums
- photo detail view with swipe-view function and image zoom
- local photo cache

Requirements:

- user access to a Menalto Gallery 3
- an enabled REST API module (Gallery > Administration > Modules > REST API Module)

This app is not free, not even to try. Does anyone know of a free ipad app that will allow uploading photos to gallery?

There is no iPad app at the moment, free or not.

I tried viGallery, it is lacking a few options, and they say they are working on an iPad version. But so far it looks promising, it does what it's supposed to do without any bugs and is totally worth the (small) price for someone like me who wants to be able to upload pics wherever I am.

There is a new Version of viGallery (1.1.0)

Features
- iPad support
- define the numbers of pictures per page ( paging function) useful for big albums

Bugfix
- lose settings on iOS 5.1
- "custom resolution"-function maintains the aspect ratio of the original photo
- ssl/https support for self signed websites
- some small stuff

I've been looking for an iOS Gallery client for a long time. I've tried this out and it is pretty slick, lacks a little polish but the functionality is there. I hope the developers keep at it so the app keeps getting better.

at the moment there is nothing planned with the EXIF data, sorry...

I have also requested exif management on your forum, I think it would be a very useful feature for vi-Gallery.
