newbie help please

	Ok......i downloaded all of these gallery files.......and i have them in a folder on my server.......what file do I open to start installing it now? i tried doing configure.bat and configure.sh but they just ask me if i wanna download the file?????i am so confused......can you please help also.....what do i need to set the permissions to for the gallery folder and the album folder??? thanks for the help ~bob

	i am in the same place as you are, i uploaded the files to the server, i try to go to the index.php file in the main dir with my web browser but keeps telling me i have to do something with the configure.bat file, i have no clue, and i am running windows xp professional edition, could someone please help me out here, thanks!!!
