Quick request: clarify version/build on new announcements

When making an announcement of a new version (e.g. 3.02 which I realize has been out for 10 months) it would be VERY handy if you would put the build number on it because when I look at Gallery Stats in my admin dashboard, it does not show the minor version, just "3.0+ (branch master, build 187)."
