Warning! Only 28 of 29 possible languages are available.

I just downloaded and installed the latest and found the above warning at the configuration screen.

Gallery version: 1.4-pl2
Apache version: 2.0.47
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.3.3
Operating system: Linux
