I'm getting this error ; Error: Unable to make thumbnail (0)
Can someone help me out

Do smaller images work?
Where does that error show?

The error shows after trying to load a pic. I tried using a small image but the same error happens

Yes, I did look thourgh the FAQ but I can't seem to find the answer

At one time my company had a full time webmaster which has since taken a new job therfore I'm not sure if we have G3 or not.

I loaded all the images in the galley about 1 year ago and never had a problem.

I had few new images I wanted to add so I login to upload them and recieved the error

Is there a way I could pay for some help to resolve this

We G2 and G3 are completely different products. It is very difficult to give help if you can't even give us that info.

OK, now we know what version you have and that you posted in the G2 section while you have G1.
Moving thread to G1 section as it has been years since I have used G1.
