Search box on main page, but not on album or image pages...?

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):http://tucsonirishcommunity.com/gallery/
Gallery version: 1.5.10
Apache version:2.2.22
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):5.2.17
Graphics Toolkit: ImageMagick
Operating system: Linu
Web browser/version (if applicable): Chrome

On my mom's site here: http://tucsonirishcommunity.com/gallery/ you can see the search box in the upper right... but when you click on an album, those pages don't have the search box. Why not, and how can I put it on them? Anyone know?
