I need help with Homepage Title and Favicon

Hey Guys,

I need help with the Homepage Title and the favicon.. I want to change them..(http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/1624/changecw.png)
And One other question..
How can I remove the CLICK enlargment on the photos?
i don't want anyone to click on the photos..

Home page title: Edit the root album. The default title for the root album is Gallery.
Favicon: gallery3/lib/images/
Edit permissions so that the user does not have permission to view the full sized image.
