"Error: Missing value: Temporary directory!" - hel

In step4 of the gallery installation, the message "Error: Missing value: Temporary directory!" appears in red.

Can I do anything to set it right or is it only possibly by my webhost? If so, what message should I send them in the support ticket?

I had that problem, when I backed the configuration program up and went through the tabs I found a place that you are suppose to enter your temp directory. I went into the file manager that my host supplied and created a folder in the gallery folder called TEMP. Then I enter the complet path into the field that was calling for it in the configuration installation program. This solved the problem. (make sure permissions are for read write (755) I think. Hope this helps
