Indivudual Albums pages not found

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):
Gallery version:
Apache version:
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.3.9
Graphics Toolkit:
Operating system: Windows XP
Web browser/version (if applicable): Firefox

When I click on an individual album I get a redirect of a page not found. What is causing this?

is there any solution for this? I've been experiencing the same problem on my other sites
