Error on install

	At the end of the configuration.. i am getting this error.. i did run the diagnostics page, but that did little help to solve my problem... I've posted the error below!! Please help!! Warning: Unable to create 'init.php/config.php': Not a directory in write.inc on line 10 Unable to write to init.php/config.php
