Changing the sort order for file names.

Is there a way to change the sort order for file names? I want it to be natural like this...

img2.png
img3.png
img4.png

Instead of this...
img1.png
img10.png
img11.png
img12.png
img2.png
img3.png

You'd have to add leading zeros.
