Yet another Uploader Question ;)

Where's the best place (file name) to modify/hack the uploaded file Title, Internet Address, Description, etc. AFTER it's uploaded, but BEFORE that data is stored in the DB? There's a dizzying array of Core/System/Lib/Application/Module files to hunt through to track it down, lol.

p.s. Yes, I know you're not supposed to hack core, but hey ... ;)
