Gallery works about 7-8 years, so I do migration few times this years.
But i cant remember do I start use it from 1.x or 2.x

make sure the G1 migration module is installed and active.

Can't find "g1 migration module" in module listed in gallery2, and dounloadable from this site.
Where i can find it?

its called plain Migration
Migrate your Gallery 1 albums to Gallery 2
You couldn't make that jump?
Its included in every version of gallery2

Ok, I found module "migration - 1.0.14 - import G1 albums" - it's active.
Looks like it is - http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Modules:migrate
But I don't need migrate albums - all my albums already in G2 (for many years).
Last thing i remember - few month ago i update G2 from 2.0.xx to 2.3.1.
And looks like deleting work ok in 2.0.x and not work since upgrading. But upgrade procedure was all ok, no errors displayed.

It looks like you may have migrated your albums from G1 originally.
Now when you're trying to delete gallery is looking to confirm that the path is correct looking for G1MigrateMap
if you originally migrated and then removed the module then this would be the reason.
