Pictures uploading as blank

OK so we use Gallery 1.5.8 Its worked great for years and suddenly last week with no changes from us it quit working right. This is what its doing.

When you go to upload a image the thumbnail is blank, the medium sized picture is blank, and the large full sized picture is there though. I have been through all our settings and cant see how to change this.

I think the problem has to do with permissions and htaccess but thats all I know. I am not a programer so have no idea how to fix it. PLEASE HEP :)

I asked my hosting company and they said they have not changed anything. Just wondering why it suddenly started doing that.

Hi,

first we need some more infos.
Can you put your Gallery into debug mode and do the upload again?
