overwrite Photos Controller for a custom Theme

I have to overwrite the Gallerie "Photos_Controller" for a custom Theme,
for a different view in a different page, like "new View("picture.html")".
If i put a copy of "albums.php" in my /Themes/Custom_Theme/controllers/
it works well, but with "photos.php" it don't work.

And how does the link to the Photos page are working:
http://XXXXX.com/top-album/album_of_top_album/photoxxxx
how und where is this itemised?
or where or what steers gien link to the Photos?
