Adding User Information to Dashboard Content kills Dashboard

When I click to add the User Information block (center or sidebar) to the dashboard I get this screen:

I can click on the link to configure the module but when I try to return to the Dashboard it goes back to this same screen. The only way to get back to the Dashboard is to click the "remove" link on this page. Anyone know how I can get this module to work correctly? I'm on 3.0.4
