Dear Sirs!
I have some doubts like "muquam".
I want to know how to set the following permission:
For registered users:
1) can not delete/edit photos/album of other registered users;
2) can add/edit photos just in their own album.
Thanks and Regards,
Tony

More Specific:
For the registered user, only the possibility to add/edit photos of his own album...
Thanks!

Create a group fro each user. and a album for each group.
If the user or group has permissions to add to an album they also have permissions to remove items from that album.
perhaps the http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Modules:remove_actions might help in your situation.
If not then you can alway use the complex but sophisticated permissions of G2.

Hi Dave!
Thanks a lot for this solution!!
I did that! and now works for my needs!
The remove_actions, works nice, with the exception of the option to remove the 'edit album' of the user, as i told you at http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Modules:remove_actions
Thanks and Regards,
Tony

Hi,
Is there a way to put a limitation to maximum photos for each album?
I read a lot of quotas, maximum space... but just an option to maximum number of pictures in a album exist?
Thanks and Regards,
Tony

Dear Dave,

This option to "Add" gave to the user, it´s getting trouble...
If the user makes an add by this button, the picture is classified as an album, everything get mass...
I lost one album and all it information of views... by deleting the incorrect album...
How that i can take out this button of there?
Thanks,
Tony

Tony,
I don't understand your question. You want to remove the "Add" option? Why not just not give the user rights to add items to the album?
Dave

Hello Dave,
I want remove just the 'add' sinalized here: http://clip2net.com/s/5EXQqR , because when a user add photos from that button, get mass all galery...
If the user add photos from the menu of his album it works fine... but from that button get mass all gallery, please test this!

Don't give the user the permission to add item to the root album. Only give them permissions to add items to, in your case the "Joao Perdo Marques" album.

Try http://codex.galleryproject.org/images/e/e7/Remove_actions.zip
I added a new option to remove the "Add" menu.

Disable the remove actions module to find out.
All the module does is hide the links with JQuery.

Tony Franco,
Got you PM. Can you test to see if the default wind theme works first so we can determine if it is theme issue or not.
That would narrow this down. I assume that you have added the items with a different theme. I know you like this theme but lets see if it a theme issue or not first.
Dave

The issue is that you are missing some file(s)
...../galeriaobrasdarte/lib/uploadify/uploadify.swf

Hi Dave,
I found this file at an older backup and paste it to there.
It still not working.
Thanks,

Files don't just disappear. What you have changed to make the uploadify.swf go away? I suspect some other missing files as well.
I was able to upload a small image but you have some .htaccess or missing file(s) issue as well preventing the var/albums/ and var/thumbs from working.
The page you requested, file_proxy, could not be found.
