Hi want to resize thumbnail for my gallery and also i want to customize my external link to javascript link. Are there a way to resize my thumbnail and customize my external link?

@resize: Admin -> Appearance -> theme options.
@external link: a external link to another page, site, album, photo? Need a better explanation on what you are after.

There is a few modules that can help with that.
