How to Add Items using FTP. Where is the option to do it?

Hello, I use Gallery to with Carbon theme. I'd like to add items/images via FTP, but I can't find the correct path to do it. I mean, I've read the documentation provided (http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:How_to_Add_Items#How_to_Add_Items_from_the_Local_Server_.28or_with_FTP.29), and it says that in Site Admin I have to go to Web/Server option and then find the “Local Server Upload Paths” section on that page. The problem is that I can't find the Web/Server option! Can anybody help me please? Where can I find it? |

Head to gallery admin -> plugins -> import and install the "Add Items" module
Then there will be a link in the admin sidebar

Thanks a lot! I followed the instructions and the upload works fine.
Just a doubt... when I access to the option to upload the files, the program shows the next warning msg.:
"Warning: realpath() [function.realpath]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect."
I checked the forum for it and it seems that the web host is running with safe mode on. I know from the gallery requirements page that it requires safe mode to be off. Should I contact my server host? I wonder because although the program shows the warning msg., the upload works fine.

you can create a phpinfo page and check to see if safe mode is on.
If it is, then ask your host to turn it off.
