broken thumb nail of mp4 file

Hi,
I am using gallery-2.3.1.
I add item of mp4 file then its thum nail shows broken [img]http://world.mine.nu/gallery2/broken-thumbnail_002.png[/img]

Please help me how to show the thumb nail of this mp4 video.

Let's test to see if it is the video or some other issue.
Post a link to the video or a smaller version of one that does not work.

Got ffmpeg plugin working?

Thanks for quick response.

I checked ffmpeg working well.
I converted .MOV video from iphone to mp4 by using avidemux then converted again to mp4 to .flv by using winff on Ubuntu machine.

I uploaded mp4 and flv files while mp4 shows its broken thumb nail but flv shows correct thumb nail.

Please access to http;//world.mine.nu/ then click KENGO-BABY. (KENGO in the portion of KENGO-BABY is Japanese)

newer ffmpeg builds require new updated commands.
try the ffmpeg module I distribute w/ the transcode module.
