Gallery is FANTASTICK.....
I let my users create their own albums, signing on as "guest" and then
assigning them a userID / temp pw.
I know this is changing in the next release, but it works fine for us this way (and that's not what I'm writing about)

That would be GREAT....
When uploading pics, it would be nice to have a "windows-type" status bar/
% display rather than the "moving arrows" .
My users upload rediculously large files (I've implored them on numerous occasions to keep the file size down to a reasonable size, but some people just don't get it), and while it's taking 2 hours to upload their pics, all they see are the moving arrows. A status bar would (at least) let them know they can run errands or do whatever without sitting by the computer waiting for the upload to end.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of HTTP, this would be pretty difficult, if not impossible :-/
