RefineHTML and JoomG2 modules

Version: gallery-2.3.2-minimal

Trying to install G2Drupal. Instructions say "Make sure both the RefineHTML and JoomG2 modules are not active."

In Gallery2 I've clicked every link I can find from "Event Logs" all the way through "Toolkit Priority" and don't see anything, anywhere, about any "Modules."

How does one activate/deactivate the RefineHTML and/or JoomG2 modules in Gallery 2?

You are over thinking the issue.
As long as you have not previously installed either of those two, they will not be active.
