Pictures are not visible

Hi There

I just installaed Gallery3 and start to upload some Pictures.
First i create a Folder, a new User and then i uploaded some Pictures.
I see they're in the Folder, but i can't see those Pictures.

Somebody can say why? What i've done wrong?

I've deleted those htaccess files at the Albumfolders and now i can see the Pictures on Mainpage and on the Folders (see attached Picture Number 3).
But i'cant see the Picture, when i click in Album (see attached Picture Number 4).
When i click the Picture, then i can see it..... (see attached Picture Number 5).

Why, have somebody a idea?

When you add smaller images do they work?

Thx for your question and that you help me.

I got the solution for my problem. I found some htaccess files on my picture subfolders. After i deleted those files, the picture is visible. I don't know why gallery insert this file in those folders.....

Because you set permission on that album.
FAQ: Are my photos secure? They're right there on my website!
