I loaded a small movie in Gallert 2 and set the window size ok. When the movie gets clicked the window shows up however there is a message that windows media player 11 is needed. I have wmp12.xx already on my system and both versions wont load at the same time. Is gallery2 saying it needs wmp11 someplace in the code? It seems like if I have wmp12 running it should fill the requirements for wmp11..? Any ideas
Thanks,
Anne

Microsoft changed the CLSID requirements for wmv.
BUT you really don't want to present your video in wmv format anyways.

Web friendly formats are video/webm, video/mp4, video/ogg, video/flv
I show browser support here.

I also suggest using the new Multimedia module.

Thanks for the info. I have since found my problem with WMV.
Apparently Microsoft has a special plugin for Firefox browsers. I downloaded it and all is well.
I installed the multimedia module in G@ as well so I can handle FLV.
