Theme Customization and Cart Question

Hi All! Not sure if I am asking in the right forum or not...but I have two questions.

I just upgraded from gallery 2 to gallery 3.

1. Where do I go to change the logo at the top of the gallery? Along with changing the size of it.

2. I need a cart function that allows for the customer to download the picture not just print it. Any ideas on that?
