Tags RSS Feed Module Request

Hi,
We would like to get an RSS feed for any tag we specified. We don't want to specify the tag_id, we want to specify the tag name and it should return the RSS feed for all photos (not albums) for that tag. Can someone please do this module? How much would the charges be?
