Help Building a Gallery Needed

I have a website that has about 150 or so pictures of various sizes shapes and resolutions. I want to be able to have thumbnails viewable and have it expand to the normal sized image. If someone wants to take this project on please contact me with an idea of how much we are looking as far as cost goes. |

No idea what you're asking for. Is this not how Gallery already operates?
