Can't get transcode module to work

I've installed the transcode module in my Gallery3 setup and enabled it.

Now when I upload something (tried various formats, including this file), I get an error:

"Unable to process this photo"

FFmpeg is installed and working.

I don't know where to begin troubleshooting. Can you help me?
