How to start at a login page?

My wife is a photographer and is currently using gallery2 for client proofing/image selection.
This have worked great in her old site using gallery2 where the client login menu leads to the gallery login page allowing the client to login and see his/her albums.

I'm now redoing updating her website and starting off with gallery3 and I can't figure out a way to start off with a login page.
I want a page that is visually integrating to the website as I'm currently trying my hands on creating a theme to complete the visual integration. The ajax pop-up login doesn't fit the mold!!

I would have having to find another gallery product just because of this one issue...there must be someone else than me that have this wish?
I have looked for modules but can't find anything.

Is it possible to just make a page with a for to submit userid/password into the site to start the session?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Disable guest access on main album and login page will appear.
