[SOLVED] Upgrade 3.0.6 to 3.0.7 problem

I just upgrade from 3.0.6 to 3.0.7 and run .../gallery/index.php/upgrader

but when i return to dashboard i still get message: A newer version of Gallery is available! Upgrade now to version 3.0.7 (remind me later)

I feel like i follow the instruction correctly.
What have i done wrong?

What i did was extract and upload new version, copied modules, themes, and var folder from old-gallery to new-gallery.

Another question; For future reference, Can i upgrade from 3.0.6 to 3.1.0, and skip 3.0.7?? Or will it be a problem? thx

@bebebunny - did you copy *all* of your old modules folder into the new directory? If so, that's probably the issue: you overwrote the new code with the old code :-).

You should copy over *only* the contrib modules and themes from the old installation (i.e. those that aren't shipped with the main Gallery distribution).

yes I overwrote the whole chunk of Modules and Themes folders from old-gallery.. I re-uploaded again.. But i think its the Themes that cause this. Admin-theme must be new. - Solved!
