Gallery 3 won't install with Safe Mode off

	Hi, I'm trying to install 3.0.7 and it keeps telling me that Safe Mode is on, yet if use phpinfo() it says Safe Mode is off. Is there something that's missing or is my server just crazy? PHP Version 5.2.9 Apache: 2.2.22 OS: Linux with cPanel Snippet from PHP Info safe_mode Off Off safe_mode_exec_dir /usr/local/php/bin /usr/local/php/bin safe_mode_gid Off Off safe_mode_include_dir no value no value Thanks!

	It's fixed. I copied in a php.ini file and it's now working.
