Upgraded, no album thumbnails untill code added to .htaccess

Hi,
Successfully upgraded to 3.0.7 and found that none of my albums had thumbnails. I finally remembered that the following code needed to be at the end of the .htaccess file

<FilesMatch ".album.jpg">
Order deny,allow
</FilesMatch>

Any plans to fix this or am I the only one experiencing it,
