The modules in the 3rd screen shot are where you want to put the <mymodule> direcottory in.

Make sure you haven't created a 'mymodules' directory and put them in there. They should just be in the gallery/modules/ directory.
Example: gallery/modules/examplemodulename

I would suspect that Minislidshow_redux_v4.0.1 is not the real name of the module you are trying to activate. But you never mentioned what you want to do. I thought you where developing a module and it was called mymodule.
Perhaps you can give us a clue as to what module you are trying to install? Perhaps the docs are not clear? Give us more to go on.

Minislidshow_redux_v4.0.1 is not a gallery module at all. It is a jQuery plugin to display gallery content on any webpage.
There is a minislideshow module by rWatcher base on my older flash minislideshow.
