PHP is missing Perl-Compatible Regular Expression with Unicode support.

I am using Jumpline for web hosting. I have a previous version of Gallery running just fine on another site hosted by Jumpline. I want to set version three up for one of the web sites I maintain and get the error when I try to start. Here is the response form the tech support folks at Jumpline:

"[i]We have disabled php "safe_mode" exclusively for your domain "stannslv.org". Refer the snapshot attached in this regard. However, we have checked the second error you got while accessing the domain. On further investigation, I could find that the Unicode support is not enabled in the server. That is, PCRE is not compiled with “–enable-unicode-properties” option. It only supports UTF-8 encoding. Refer the details pasted along with this reply.

Inorder to enable Unicode support, we need to recompile PCRE. Please note that we cannot do any customizations in the installed modules in a shared server as it will affect the other customers hosted here. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for the guidance to uploadify. I have opted to stay with 2.3.2 and have it up and running on the site. With my limited knowledge of moving data bases on the web I have opted to upload all the pictures to the new location.
If I may impose on your knowledge once again, I would like to have the gallery show on this page, www.stannslv.org/album.htm . i have looked at how to place he page format in the tpl file and have tried it with no success. Is it possible to insert the gallery in the web page and if so could you please give me some guidelines?
