Server Add stalls at "scanned X directory" for large images

Hi all, A few days ago I started having problems using server add to load photos into my gallery. It seems like the issue only occurs with server add, and only occurs with large images (7 megs +). I'm not sure what has changed as I haven't modified the code or the environment the site is sitting on. I've tried changing my graphics toolkit to no avail. Hoping someone has seen something similar. I pulled the error logs and here are some of the relevant logs. The didn't tell me anything but maybe to the trained eye they mean something. Are there any other places I can look for more information? Quote:

Does the album have permissions set or does it have guest access? If so try in a non permissions album.
Are these FD7K images the ones you are trying to add?
Smaller images work right? That would point to some resource or time restriction. Smaller batch?

Thanks for the fast response!
Tried server adding to an unrestricted album, sadly didn't work.
The images are named "D7K_####" I thought the %2F was a system code but i may be wrong about that.
I'm trying to load the images one at a time, so I can't make the batch smaller. However, given the size of the image a resource issue makes some sense. Is there a good way to test if this is a resource issue?
