I need a module developed. Willing to pay. (module to push album to top)

I need a module that will let a user push any album to the top of the album list. I want it to have a confirmation page before doing so. If this is possible I'm willing to pay $100 and possibly more if it looks really good. I don't mind if it's shared with the rest of the gallery community. I only require it for gallery2.
