Module Update: Task Scheduler - Use of undefined constant TMPPATH

Hello,
I tried the module "Scheduler" from http://galleryproject.org/node/99806 and get this error message if I try to use it for "Rebuild Images":

Use of undefined constant TMPPATH - assumed 'TMPPATH'

Any ideas?
