login to administration page

Hi everybody,

I have a "little big" problem: I can't access to the administration page. I have a blanco page and I can't fill nowhere my login and password. also when I try to access to a protected album : I can't fill nowhere a password.

What's happening just before ?

I wanted to install a new mime (m4v) in the MIME Maintenance settings but I got an error when I tried to re-upload my video.m4v then I disconnected to check it again... but now I can't access to my administration page anymore.

I use gallery v2.3 with MySQL5
