Language Problem

I am running Gallery 3.04 and wish to add some new languages, Catalan, Espanol, and Portugese. When I select them, and click on the update button I get this:
@todo TRANSLATIONS_FETCH_REQUEST_FAILED HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently
They appear as an option in my gallery, but then make no changes when selected.
Any ideas?

Thanks, but the upgrade doesn't work for me, and is a bit poor really. I've edited the .php file instead, and got it working now. Thanks.
