Organize Album UI Auto-complete Tags

Is there a way of making the Organize Album function suggest tag results as you type.

This system already exists when you take the album, or tag photos as they upload, so the functionality obviously exists, but doesn't happen in the Organize Album UI.

Is there a setting I can change, a module to install, or perhaps a bit of code I can insert that would do this. Instinctually it feels like it should be a minor code fix (not that I can code.)
