Problem: Employee was terminated. No User/ Password Info found

We are up the literal creek with no paddle here. Our bulletin editor was terminated and I'm left picking up the pieces of information she didn't share with anyone.

How do I reset her password? There is an ADMIN emergency reset, but I don't know what email or password she used and I'm not familiar with your program at all. Our IT guy was not privy to the User/password either though I'm sure he could help me navigate it once in. HELP!
