how do i change the slideshow?

Hi.
I have Gallery3 and the default flash-slideshow that came with the setup.

How do i disable the flash since it is not working with tablets and phones..?

I need a javascript slideshow.

This isn't working for me. Shows the slideshow button but the link does nothing (no slideshow opens)
but installed ok.

i get a javascript error when clicking on the slideshow-button:
ReferenceError: g3_slideshow is not defined @ javascript:g3_slideshow.show(7122):1

i still get g3_slideshow is not defined
but i additionally get now syntax error. I didn't modify anything in the javascript.

We cannot diagnose 500 errors, you'll have to look at the server's error logs to see exactly what the error is.

Actually I can see the error, gallery is not populating the $items variable.
This could be a difference between 3.0.x and 3.1.x
@Dave, have you tried this w/ 3.0.9?

the error comes when i have the php.ini -file present.
without it i get no 500 error.
but i still get g3_slideshow is not defined

i got nothing in the error logs about this issue.

i copied the server php.ini to the gallery folder, and now i get no error 500, but still the same g3_slideshow is not defined
