Hi all,

I am running an old version of Gallery. Most likely the first version.

Anyway, I recently changed the password on my Database (which I suspect this is the issue).
Now, I am getting this error message on my photo gallery: http://asianadventures.org/gallery2/main.php

I suspect I have to change the password in the config.php file. I had this same problem with my forum which
someone else fixed for me.

My question: How do I change the config.php file to make it writeable so that I can change the password?

Thanks

download the config.php, edit in your favorite text editor and upload/overwrite the old

I have tried doing this. But for some reason I am unable to overwrite it. The password doesn't change.

Please advise.

Thanks

Usually you will have delete permissions, so just delete the old and upload the new.
