in which file I can post the meta tags information for search engines?

Download and install: http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Modules:metadescription

Edit: /metadescription/views/metadescription_block.html.php

and add at the end of the file your meta tags.

I added:
<meta name="robots" content="noimageindex">
<meta name="robots" content="noarchive">
